Rati brings a wealth of experience to the company combining a unique set of legal and senior management skills. From working as a Chief Legal Advisor to then becoming a partner in a Law Firm, he has accumulated substantial knowledge about the inner workings and intricacies of the legal business framework. As the Director of Equfin, he’s a constant source of valuable advice, leadership and strategic guidance, always pushing the company in the right direction.
Bidzina is the perfect balance of a hands-on operator and an inspirational leader that galvanizes his team. Having spent 7 years in London as a Senior Equity Analyst and a VP of JP Morgan’s oil and gas sector in the CEEMEA & LATAM territories, his experience in one of the world’s biggest financial markets have helped the company take huge steps in terms of organization, structure and planning. After his stint in London, Bidzina worked as the Chairman and Owner of Abbey Asset Management in Georgia for a decade, raising over $60 million from institutional investors and individuals through private equity vehicles. A dynamic, versatile and ambitious person, Bidzina is the CEO to propel Equfin to the next level.
Guram brings an abundance of experience in senior finance positions. His spell as a Director of Corporate VIP Banking for the Bank of Georgia and wearing two hats as the VP of Finance and the CFO at “Gulf Georgia”, make Guram the ideal person to lead Equfin’s Finance department. He brings the necessary stability and leadership to the team and helps to create a solid foundation for implementing the vision and business plan of the company.
David is a seasoned financial industry veteran with over 18 years of experience in retail banking. The last twelve years he has been working on high-level managerial positions, including executive management positions with Banks and Fin-tech companies. He has hands on experience in retail, micro, and corporate product design and development, mainly focusing on product pricing, risk assessment and best practices ensuring the efficiency and transparency of the underwriting process for non-traditional banking channels and products. He is considered a great asset to the company both as someone who delivers results as well as a mentor and a consultant.
Giorgi is responsible for overseeing risk management strategy and helping to define, set and manage the company’s risk profile. Before joining Equfin he held various managerial positions, including Head of Enterprise Risk Management Department, at Liberty Bank JSC, the third-largest bank in Georgia. He holds MSc in Finance from Lancaster University Management School and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
A Berkeley Law Alumni, David brings valuable experience and legal knowledge to the company. He spent 7 years as a General Counsel / Head of Legal Department at Liberty Bank, one of Georgia’s top three banks. Amongst others, he was in charge of overseeing and managing the legal department as well as provide legal advice to senior management on issues of potential, anticipated or identified legal and reputational contractual risks.His contribution to the company is immeasurable as he provides a safe legal foundation where we can build and grow within the allowed and appropriate framework.
Head of Reporting & Investor Relations
Anastasiia is responsible for preparation and distribution of all periodic financial reports on business performance to management and other users of financial information. Before joining Equfin she worked as Audit Senior at Ernst and Young. Anastasiia was a part of audit team of TOP Ukrainian and foreign banks and providing exceptional services. Her past experience includes performing audits of financial statements in financial services, retail and agrarian sector.
